ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in EUR or the selected currency and include applicable VAT (for EU customers). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept multiple payment methods through secure gateways. Payments must be received in full before production begins.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Each item is produced on demand. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
International orders requiring CITES certification are shipped via FedEx. Gatti Luxury only delivers to private addresses (no warehouses or pickup points).
RETURN POLICY
Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit.
To request a return for a defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, including photo evidence.
