Shipping details:
EU orders: Shipped via the most efficient courier based on your location.
International orders (requiring CITES certification): Shipped exclusively via FedEx with full tracking and secure handling.
Note: We do not deliver to warehouses or pickup points — only private addresses.
Returns:
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Customs duties:
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Orders shipped within Italy and the EU are exempt from additional import fees.
