Manufacturer status. Gatti Luxury designs and manufactures its products in Italy.
No affiliation with Apple. Gatti Luxury does not resell Apple® products and has no collaboration, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.; they are referenced solely to indicate device compatibility.
2) Scope & Acceptance
These terms govern your access to gattiluxury.com and the purchase of products offered on the site (the “Terms”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (e.g., Shipping, Returns, Privacy & Cookies). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA/UK, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence; these Terms do not limit those rights.
3) Products, Materials & Craftsmanship
- Handmade in Italy. Each item is crafted using fine materials (e.g., Italian leathers, aerospace-grade carbon fiber, precious stones/metals).
- Natural variations. Color, grain, and texture variations are inherent to natural materials and are not defects.
- Compatibility. Products are designed for specific device models; please select the correct model before ordering.
- Care. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, oils, solvents, or abrasives. Follow any care guides supplied with your product.
Exotic materials (where applicable). If a product incorporates regulated exotic leather or similar materials, Gatti Luxury complies with applicable CITES and EU regulations. Exports may require permits and can face additional checks that affect delivery times.
4) Orders & Contract Formation
- Order confirmation. After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your order is accepted—and a sales contract is formed—only when we email a shipping confirmation or otherwise explicitly confirm acceptance.
- Availability. Limited editions and bespoke items are offered subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a refund) if an item is unavailable, suspected of fraud, or if there is a genuine pricing/description error.
5) Pricing, Taxes & Duties
- Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and display settings.
- International orders. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6) Payment & Security
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by reputable providers using industry-standard security. Your card may be charged when your order is accepted. Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud.
7) Shipping & Delivery
- Worldwide delivery. Complimentary worldwide delivery is offered on most orders; exceptions or surcharges (e.g., remote areas, oversized packaging, regulated materials) will be shown at checkout.
- Delivery times. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and begin on dispatch, not at order placement.
- Risk & title. Title passes upon full payment; risk of loss passes on delivery to you (or your designated recipient).
Regulated materials. Orders containing regulated exotic materials may need additional processing/licensing, which can extend handling and transit times.
8) Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel without giving a reason, starting the day after you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods. We will refund eligible returns in accordance with Section 10 (Returns). You must handle products with reasonable care while in your possession.
Exceptions. The withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., bespoke designs, engravings, custom fitments).
Business customers. The 14-day withdrawal right applies to consumers; B2B orders are not covered by this statutory right.
9) Legal Guarantee of Conformity (EU Consumers)
In addition to any commercial warranty we may offer, consumers within the EU benefit from statutory remedies for lack of conformity under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair or replacement; if those are impossible or disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. National rules may provide additional protections.
10) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Change-of-mind (EU consumer withdrawal): notify us within 14 days of delivery; return the product(s) within the following 14 days in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Customized/personalized items are non-returnable except for defects.
- Defects / lack of conformity: contact us promptly with order details and photos. If confirmed, we will arrange repair/replacement or other remedies required by law.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping upgrades, import duties/taxes, and ancillary fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
11) Bespoke & Personalized Products
For custom specifications (materials, colors, engravings, inlays, device-specific adaptations): we will confirm the final specification before production. Once production starts, the order is firm and non-cancellable except for defects. Natural-material variations and small tolerances are expected and part of each product’s unique character.
12) Intellectual Property
All content on gattiluxury.com—including designs, photographs, texts, logos, product names, and overall presentation—is protected by intellectual-property laws. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Apple Trademarks. Apple, iPhone, and related marks are the property of Apple Inc. Use on this site is purely descriptive to indicate compatibility. Gatti Luxury is not an authorized reseller or partner of Apple.
13) Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing
We endeavor to source materials responsibly and, where applicable, to comply with CITES and EU wildlife trade regulations. Documentation may accompany shipments where required. Such compliance can affect delivery timing and destination eligibility.
14) Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
15) Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve concerns quickly via our Customer Service (see contact details above). Consumers in the EU/EEA may have access to national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies as provided by local law.
16) Privacy & Cookies
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Please review those policies before using the site or placing an order.
17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence or in Italy, as applicable under law.
18) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time (for example, to reflect legal or business changes). The version posted on the website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
